Method for inerting of waste by coating in a hydraulic binder and premix for carrying out this method

The present invention relates to a method for rendering waste inert by coating said waste in a hydraulic binder based on cement, the hydraulic binder inerting comprising sulfoaluminate cement composed of at least 30% by weight of the phase 3CaO. 3Al2 O3. CaSO4 (C4 A3 S). The hydraulic binder may either be consisting essentially of sulfoaluminate cement, or also comprise one or more zeolites. The invention also relates to the premix for the implementation of said method containing at least one zeolite and at least 15% of sulphoaluminate cement, composed of at least 30% 3CaO phase. 3Al2 O3. CaSO4. This premix finds an advantageous use for coating the incineration residues of household waste.
