Preparing poorly water soluble drugs comprising a polymeric micelle composition

The present invention provides a process for preparing a polymeric micelle composition comprising a drug, comprising: a drug and an amphiphilic block copolymer is dissolved in an organic solvent; and the resulting solution was added to the mixture in the organic solvent to form polymeric micelles, wherein the method does not require a separate operation to remove the organic solvent prior to micelle formation. The method of preparing the polymeric micelle composition containing a drug simply shorten the processing time and suitable for mass production.
