U.S. Coordinated Program for Masonry Building Research: Technology Transfer

1995
The U.S. Coordinated Program for Masonry Building research was an integrated set of 28 specific research tasks directed towards the development of improved limit state design standards for reinforced masonry, and conducted by the U.S. Technical Coordinating Committee for Masonry Research (TCCMAR/US). An integral part of the U.S. Coordinated Program was an organized effort to transfer research results into practice in a timely and efficient manner, including dissemination of research reports and topical reports on specific research areas, and presentation of papers. A report containing design and criteria recommendations will be the keystone of the technology transfer effort, providing direct support to limit state design standard development.
