The method comprises the following steps: obtaining the address of a VPN after the VPN connection is established, then reporting to a safety domain module of the terminal, and accessing the resources of the VPN based on the private address of the VPN by the safety domain module; reporting the address of a public network for establishing the VPN to a personal domain module of the terminal, and accessing non-VPN website resources in the public network based on the address of the public network by the personal domain module. Therefore, according to the method and the device provided by the invention, the VPN is privately accessed after the VPN connection is established, so that the security is improved.
