CIRCULAR LETTER OF THE YEAR 1830 – CARE AND THERAPY FOR CHOLERA EPIDEMIC INFECTED PEOPLE

Doctors had a little knowledge and experiences to diagnose diseases, also lack of medicines. They tried to advise to doctors and ordinary people what to do by educational brochures publishing in newspapers. There was advice how to treat ill people, how to use the medical procedures. At the beginning  there was one advice of doctor Leo from Warsaw.  The doctors and specialists did not know the origin of disease. They knew it in 1883 when Robert Koch discovered vibrio comma -  cholera agent.
