A prática de reuniões de equipes: um dispositivo de cuidado para trabalhadores de Centros de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS)

The present research made the collection and interpretation of qualitative data towards CAPS I workers, with the main goal: understand the perceptions of four CAPS I multidisciplinary team workers, localized on the west region of the state of Santa Catarina, about goals, organization and operation of the team meeting, as well as identify the potential and weaknesses of those, in order to expand knowledge that may become effective to the consolidation of the team meetings at CAPS I. Four members of each unity participate in the interview contributed with their vision about the subject, by signature of a written informed consent form. The participants answered to a semi open interview where the questions were directed to the several team meetings aspects of the CAPS they are part of. With the present research was possible to denote with more accuracy the real need of this meetings for a bigger contact and understanding about each case, interaction for the CAPS organization and the moments of relaxation, practice that avoid the illnesses of a professional who is constantly under pressure in work environment.
