Исследование результатов применения сверхэластичных имплантатов из никелида титана в лечении разрывов ахиллова сухожилия

Results of surgical treatment for repair of a ruptured Achilles tendon using Ni Ti implant mesh in 30 patients, Chernavski autoplasty in 60 patients and tendon suture in 48 patients were assessed. Durability of tendons after polyetheric thread suture and after NiTi mesh implantation, early and late results of tendoplasty using NiTi mesh implantation, autoplasty based upon Chernavsky and tendon suture were compared. Rehabilitation time of 30 patients is concluded to have statistically significant shortening and either early or late treatment results to be higher than in control groups.
