Inhibitory effect of different extract parts from Arachniodes exilis Ching anti-HIV-1 PR

Objective To evaluate the anti-HIV-1PR activities of the different extracted parts from Arachniodes exilis Ching. Methods The inhibitory effect of the different extracted parts on HIV-1 protease reverse were detected by Fluorophotometry. Results In the experment of anti-HIV PR,the IC50 of the n-butanol extract、acetic ether extract、the aqueous extract are 0.73、1.17、2.47μg/ml. Conclusion The n-butanol extract、acetic ether extract and aqueous extract from Arachniodes exilis Ching have the inhibitory effect anti-HIV-1 PR.
