Abstract The cultivation of gluten-containing grains, which started in the Middle East about 10,000 years ago, along with the growth of civilizations, has led to a broad spectrum of gluten-related disorders (GRDs). While numerous studies concerning different aspects of GRDs have been published, a comprehensive integrating book that brings together all this clinical information was lacking. We have the honor to present this new book, which brings together all five categories of GRDs in different areas of knowledge, in order to integrate necessary and wide apart information.
