DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR INTEGRATED ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT

In organizational management, more systems are used in order to run the businesses, concerning the same activities from different points of view. So, the AQ, environmental or other parallel systems are implemented in the same time in enterprises, creating a lack of decision making support. The Integrated Management System (IMS) consists in a sum of subsystems based on procedures, where changes are made in any minute and those changes must penetrate in all its parts. The term of integrated system is used nowadays only for the quality subsystem and the environmental subsystem, but in managerial practice five of them are used, four more are undergoing the standardization process and other four are mentioned in standards. So, in practice, a Decision Support System (DSS) must be realized, to help the top management to choose the right and sufficient management subsystem, accordingly with the size, field activity and other particularities of his organization.
