Fireproof structure allowing pipeline to penetrate lightgage steel joist gypsum board partition wall and construction method of fireproof structure

2015
The invention relates to a fireproof structure allowing a pipeline to penetrate a lightgage steel joist gypsum board partition wall and a construction method. The fireproof structure comprises a penetrating hole, rock wool, an added board and fire-resisting sealant, wherein the penetrating hole is formed in the lightgage steel joist gypsum board partition wall and allows the pipeline to penetrate; the position between the outer wall of the pipeline and the penetrating hole is filled with the rock wool; the added board blocks an opening of the penetrating hole and is arranged above the pipeline and fixedly connected with the lightgage steel joist gypsum board partition wall; and the position between the added board and the pipeline is filled with the fire-resisting sealant. The penetrating hole is filled with the rock wool, and the opening is sealed through the added board and blocked through the fire-resisting sealant; gypsum boards are adopted in the added board, so that the fireproof performance of opening blockage can be wholly improved, and the refractory time limit requirement is met; and the opening is densely blocked by the added board, so that the structure is firm. On the basis of meeting the refractory time limit requirement, a large amount of fire-resisting sealant is saved, the problem of non-plasticity of the opening of lightgage steel joist gypsum board partition wall is solved, and the refractory time limit is effectively prolonged.
