Целиакия. Результаты серологического скрининга у населения Иркутской области

In the paper are presented the results of serological screening for the presence of antibodies to gliadine and tissular transglutaminase. There have been investigated 1441 children and 1402 adult patients. The positive results of serological markers have been obtained in 27,1% children and in 19,3% adult patients. A number of positive values is reliably higher in children, than in adults. The tolerance to gliadine is formed with age, in this connection a number of positive markers, revealing in children after 3 years, is reduced.
