According to the present invention, with the selection of the auxiliary materials, the hot melt extrusion temperature can be reduced, the extrusion process can be facilitated, and the screw rod shearing effect having sufficient strength can be obtained so as to effectively improve the dispersing state of the drug in the carrier; the solubilization effect can be provided, and the hot melt temperature can be lowered to 130-180 DEG C so as to reduce the energy consumption, ensure the drug stability, and improve the dissolution rate; and the preparation process is simple, the energy consumption is low, no solvent residue exists, other impurities are not introduced during the whole process, and the continuous large-scale production is easily achieved.
