Design and Research of Calibration Method for Driving Loading Device of Single-Machine Thermal Vacuum Test System

2020
The single-machine thermal vacuum test system for docking mechanism (referred to as “test system”) is a key test-bed for ground single-machine thermal vacuum test of friction brake and main drive components of docking mechanism used on spacecraft and space station. It mainly provides ground test conditions for driving, loading and angular motion. The torque detection part of the test system, which has a vital influence on the accuracy and validity of the whole test, belongs to the key and important detection link. In this paper, the system-level calibration of the driving loading device of the test system is carried out. Firstly, the working principle of driving loading device is analyzed. Secondly, according to the working principle, a calibration device is designed. Finally, the static analysis of the force state and the force components of the calibration device is applied by Pro/Mechanica software, which lays a foundation for future work.
