The present invention relates to a method of forming a spherical rolling titanium-aluminum composite oxide, the steps are as follows: 1) The particle size of 100 to 400 mesh and flash calcined titanium dioxide at a mass ratio of 1: 3 to 1: 1 in D compounder mixed; 2) the mixed powder added to the sugar coating machine, adding a binder during rolling rolling molding, to be removed having a diameter of 1.8 ~ 5mm particles, wherein the amount of the binder is mixed 30 to 80% by mass of the powder; 3) from step 2) molding the resulting granules were dried health, to obtain a spherical calcined TiO2-Al2O3 composite oxide. The method of the present invention solves the titanium-aluminum mixed oxide support is difficult to use spherical problem. Prepared by the process of the present invention, the spherical titanium-aluminum composite oxide support having a pore structure remains, high mechanical strength, uniform particle size characteristics, simple preparation method, the catalyst suitable for use in a variety of fields.
