The paper discusses the current problems of environmental medicine neighboring countries and Kazakhstan. One of the crisis regions of Kazakhstan is recognized area Aral Sea region. The results of studies of domestic scientists show progressive growth of environment-related diseases in the population living in the zone of ecological disaster Aral Sea region.
