Strengthening the enterprises' management and improving their overall efficiency are the tasks that worth to study in enterprises.The sustainable development of state-owned enterprises refers to many aspects.Thus,individual differences of the employees are diversified.The paper elaborates how to give full play to the subjective and active role of employees in the management of enterprises and to play their roles in different positions,and sets forth the related suggestions.
