Quick change structure for battery batteries in electric vehicles

2013
The invention discloses a quick change structure for battery batteries in electric vehicles. A battery frame is fixed between front and rear beams of a floor. Ejector rods are arranged at front and rear edges of the battery frame. The top end of each ejector rod is provided with a clamp boss. A fixed plate is disposed on the front and rear beams of the floor. The floor front beam and the floor rear beam are provided with first ejector rod via holes, and the fixed plate at the tops of the front and rear beams is provided with second ejector rod via holes communicated with the first ejector rod via holes. A sliding plate is embedded on the fixed plate and is provided with elongated holes. The ejector rods penetrate the first ejector rod via holes, the second ejector via holes and the elongated holes sequentially. The section of one end of each elongated hole is larger than the section of each clamp boss. The section of the other end of each elongated hole is larger than the section of each ejector rod and smaller than the section of each clamp boss. An extension rod is arranged on the sliding plate. The side wall of the floor front beam and the side wall of the floor rear beam are both provided with first slides, and shift locking structures are hinged in the first slides and are connected with the extension rod. The quick change structure allows power batteries to be changed quickly, and is simple in structure and easy to operate.
