Method for controlling bidirectional direct-current converter

2011
The invention relates to a method for controlling a bidirectional direct-current converter, which is used for solving the problem that two sets of control circuits are used in a control circuit of a bidirectional push-pull full-bridge direct-current converter and belongs to the technical field of switching power supplies. In the technical scheme provided by the invention, the bidirectional direct-current converter works under reduced voltage in a full-bridge working mode, full-wave rectification is adopted for a secondary side, four switch tubes on a full-bridge side are required to be controlled in the working state, and rectification of a diode which is reversely connected in parallel with the switch tube is only needed for the secondary side; the bidirectional direct-current converter works under raised voltage in the working mode of a push-pull circuit, two switch tubes on the push-pull side are required to be controlled, and the rectification of the diode which is reversely connected in parallel with the switch tube is only required for the secondary side likewise; and during the control of the push-pull full-bridge bidirectional DC/DC (Direct Current to Direct Current) converter, one set of chips is adopted, and auxiliary chips such as an alternative analog switch, a voltage comparer, an or door and the like are used for controlling, so that bidirectional flow of energy is realized. Due to the adoption of the control method, the quantity of control chips is reduced, the cost is saved, the size and the weight of the control circuit are reduced, and the overall efficiency of the converter is increased.
