Article is devoted to comparative analysis of two standards of ISO 9001-2008 and ISO 9004-2010. It is supposed that application of the last standard in the medical organization with operating quality management system certified according to the ISO 9001-2008 standard will allow to reach a sustainable development. Comparison of the principles which are the cornerstone of the international standards is presented in article.
