A Study on the Improvement of User-centered Public Service

Service design not only helps to establish the policy and service for the consumer deliberation, but also can improve the efficiency of the process through integrated design by linking policy makers and providers. In this study, we analyze the best practices of ‘The Civic Participatory Service Design Team' operated in Korea for in-depth improvement of public service design, and provide basic data for successful utilization of public service design by deriving characteristics and improvement plans.
