Spectral Characteristics of the Titanium Dioxide-Silver Nanoshells Under Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance

In presented work, the spectral characteristics of the titanium dioxide-silver nanoshells under localized surface plasmon resonance have been theoretically studied. It is shown that the spectral position of the surface plasmon absorption peak can be shifted in the given spectral region by changing the core and shell thickness. The influence of deformation shape of nanoshells on its optical characteristics has been researched. The effect of the refraction index of the surrounding medium on the peak position and the intensity of nanoshells plasmon resonance was researched.
