Extremity Soft Tissue Sarcoma Mimicking Traumatic Intramuscular Hematoma: A Case Report and Review of The Literature

The management of large intramuscular hematoma in the extremities is sometimes difficult, especially when there is no clear etiology. It can be spontaneous or secondary to trauma, bleeding disorders, tumor, or recent surgery in clinical practice [1,2].
