Caracterización y perspectivas del proceso de formación del docente de la Facultad de Ingeniería Mecánica y Eléctrica de la UANL Characterization and perspectives of the process of teacher training at the College of Mechanic and Electrical Engineering at UANL

This article shows the results of the research project, «Teacher training at the FIME» (College of Mechanic and Electrical Engineering). From the initial diagnostic test of a sample of 40 teachers, teaching profile is characterized, taking into account its personal, interpersonal and institutional perspectives. The results are analyzed and contrasted with theoretical sources and authors’ experiences.
