The present invention discloses a method based on body posture detecting means and angular velocity signal the acceleration signal, comprising a posture detection section and the posture detection information transmission section; posture detection section connected to the posture detection information transmission section; body posture of the posture detection section detects, in real time determined body posture, the posture detecting section detects the posture control information transmission section transmits the posture information to the guardian or guardian monitoring center. Advantage of the present invention is that: the use of two different wearing styles sensor nodes, to improve comfort ward; acceleration and angular velocity information acquisition process of change in body posture, the motion information collection rich, high recognition accuracy; static attitude can be identified ( standing, sitting, lying) and dynamic posture (walking, running, on the stairs, down the stairs).
