COMPOSITION DEPENDENCE OF MAGNETIC AND ANISOTROPY PROPERTIES OF YCo4B

It turns out from our investigations on YCo4+δ B1−δ (δ=0, ±0.1, ±0.2) that the CeCo4B structure is stable for a considerable range of δ. Upon increasing the B content, the saturation magnetisation decreases, the spin reorientation temperature is nearly unchanged but the character of the spin reorientation process is strongly affected.
