Optical line monitoring apparatus and optical line monitoring system

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical path monitoring device and an optical path monitoring system for measuring reflectance distribution in an optical path at high spatial resolution in a short time. SOLUTION: The optical path monitoring device 14A provided in an office building 10A includes an OCDR measuring part 15 for performing OCDR measurement, an OTDR measuring part 16 for performing OTDR measurement, an optical switch 13 connected to an optical coupler 12 by selecting one of the OCDR measuring part 15 and the OTDR measuring part 16, a control part 17, and a storage device 18. The control part 17 performs prescribed operation on the basis of an OCDR measurement result acquired to perform the OCDR measurement for the OCDR measuring part 15 and an OTDR measurement result obtained to perform the OTDR measurement for the OTDR measuring part 16.
