A Brief Analysis of Scientific Construction on Student Cadre Contingent in Colleges and Universities

The construction of student cadre contingent is an important component of ideological and political job in colleges and universities,and plays an important role in the education management and the improvement of teaching quality as well.This paper briefly analyzes some problems of student cadre congingent for the present period,finds out the causes and puts forward some suggestions guided by the perspective of scientific development.
