Study on pulse parameters of invert pulse MIG welding

The impact of pulse parameters on welding process was discussed and the relationship between pulse parameters in the transitional form of one drop per pulse was explained in the paper.For the past pulsed MIG welding parameters were generated by hardware resulting in poor control system flexibility,low control accuracy and reliability.The paper adopted computer software to program control procedure for pulsed MIG welding waveform.This program could output different pulse control parameters according to different welding process parameters to achieve the flexibility of the control system.It could meet control strategy for digital pulsed MIG welding.
