Nanometer composite skin disinfection emulsion and preparation method thereof

2011
The present invention discloses a nanometer composite skin disinfection emulsion and a preparation method thereof. The disinfection emulsion comprises the following components: chlorhexidine acetate, zinc oxide, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, emulsifier and water. The emulsifier is composed of vegetable oil, tributyl phosphate and Triton x-100. Total volume ratio among the vegetable oil, the tributyl phosphate and the Triton is 2-8:1:1. The concentration of the chlorhexidine acetate is 0.5-3g/L. The concentration of the zinc oxide is 0.01-0.5g/L. The particle size of the zinc oxide is 50-100nm. The concentration of the ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid is 0.01-0.2g/L. The disinfection emulsion has the following advantages: wide antimicrobial spectrum of the inorganic antiseptic, high lasting effect, high heat resistance, no easy drug resistance, capability of obtaining an ideal skin disinfection effect, and important application value.
