Efektivita metod v zájmovém vzdělávání dospělých

This thesis is focused on the interest adult educations methods and the evaluating their effectiveness. The thesis describes the specifics and aims of interest adult education in the context of lifelong learning; the current law definition of interest adult education, with reference to the missing support to this field of adult education; and some methods which are most often used in interest adult education. The practise part is based on the evaluation of the effectiveness of selected methods implemented in the interest education, which was organised by the author of this thesis. In practise, there will be verified, through input and output questionnaires, which methods were (in the connection with the fulfillment of initial expectations and needs of participants) effective and which were not.
