Актуальні проблеми діяльності Антимонопольного комітету України

The article reveals modern issues of organization and functioning of the Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine. The statistics of its activity were analyzed, through what a number of basic drawbacks of its functioning were found. Based on the results of the analysis, a number of possible ways of solution of the revealed problems were proposed.
