Verrucous carcinoma of the cervix with endometrial involvement.

Summary A verrucous carcinoma of the uterine cervix in a 42-year-old patient is presented that showed superficial spread to involve the whole of the endometrial cavity. Despite widespread growth, there was no alteration in the menstrual cycle and only superficial stromal invasion.
