The invention relates to a method for filtering and deaerating a high-viscosity spinning solution during melt direct spinning. The method comprises steps as follows: the high-viscosity spinning solution used in a melt direct spinning method is filtered with a filter net with 200-300 meshes and then is subjected to pressure filtration sequentially with a filter net with 300-400 meshes and a filter net with 400-500 meshes. According to the method, the spinning solution is subjected to multiple pressure filtration sequentially by the filter nets with increasingly more meshes, all impurities in the spinning solution are sufficiently removed, the spinning solution is completely filtered, the situation that a spinning nozzle is blocked by aggregates formed by flame retardants and PET (polyethylene terephthalate) in the spinning process is avoided to a great extent, and great loss of the spinning solution is avoided in the filtering process. Besides, the method has the advantages of economical performance, environmental protection, reaction controllability, short reaction time, simple equipment and the like and has greater industrial application value.
