Unsecured employing form that has been created flexible production style which is capitalist production system is the most important factor in appearing mobbing. Crisis on economic and political platform, unemployment, overworking have been laid the groundwork mobbing and increasing pressure on employees. Conflicts that have lived between employees in organizations, unfair and out of balance practices have been provided environment to be formed mobbing or psychological terror in organizations. On these grounds aims of this study analyzes in detail mobbing is defined as psychological terror will be able to effect negatively organizational loyality of employees, their motivations and productivity and offers solutions against the mobbing.
