Intracavity third harmonic generation of a diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser at 355nm generated by LiB 3 O 5 crystal

Highly efficient generation of UV radiation at 355 nm has been achieved in a LiB 3 0 5 crystal based on an intracavity through the frequency mixing of the fundamental and second-harmonic radiation of a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser.
