The invention discloses a method for hyperbolic cosine maximum exponential absolute value robust estimation of a power system state. The method comprises the following steps: extracting power system node injection active power and reactive power, branch active power and reactive power, and node voltage amplitude parameters; building a basic model of hyperbolic cosine maximum exponential absolute value robust state estimation (COSH-MEAV) from the above parameters; introducing auxiliary variables into the basic model and obtaining an equivalent model of COSH-MEAV; and using a primal-dual interior point algorithm to solve the equivalent model of COSH-MEAV. Calculation examples indicate that the method is high in robustness and calculation efficiency and has good engineering application prospect.
