We present a comparative analysis between consultancy and intervention from a systemic vision and organizational change. We focus on one of the tools most often mentioned in the consultancy, analysis of organizational climate. The need to see the organization as a system where all elements are interrelated and integrated which are affected by the context, putting it before the need for change is shown; one of the many ways that managers have is presented to carry out this change either through consultancies and the need to move towards intervention.
