The invention discloses a positive dielectric quick response liquid crystal composition which comprises a dielectric positive compound shown as a general formula I, a dielectric positive compound shown as a general formula II, a dielectric positive compound shown as a general formula III, a low-rotary-viscosity dielectric positive or neutral compound shown as a general formula IV, a dielectric positive compound shown as a general formula V, a dielectric positive or neutral compound shown as a general formula VI and a dielectric positive or neutral compound shown as a general formula VII. The positive dielectric quick response liquid crystal composition has properly high positive dielectric anisotropy and optical anisotropy, high resistivity and charge retention rate, low driving voltage and rotary viscosity and quick response time, is applicable to an active matrix addressing photoelectric display, and can be used for manufacturing TN-thin film transistor (TN-TFT) and IPS-TFT liquid crystal display components and liquid crystal displays in quick response.
