Encoding and decodng method for structured data and apparatus thereof

PURPOSE: An encoding and decoding method of structured data and a device thereof are provided to encode each fragment by using a string table, thereby efficiently performing encoding and decoding of the structured data. CONSTITUTION: A fragmentation unit of an encoding device fragments structured data based on hierarchy structure or tree structure(S101). An encoding unit generates encoding fragments by encoding fragments with a data table for the structured data(S103,S105). A data block generation unit generates a data block including the generated encoding fragment and fragment information(S107).
