Myocardite au cours d'une maladie de Still de l'adulte. Une observation

The authors report a case of adult Still's disease with myocarditis. Twelve other cases have been reported in the literature. Mean age is 19 years. Myocarditis appear within the year following the onset of the disease ; pericarditis is associated in 6/10 cases. Under corticosteroid therapy the outcome is favorable without recurrence.
