Nuring on clinical dental fear

Objective:To analyse clinical dental patients with dental fear cause and finding effective solutions.Methods:June 2009 to January 2010 in our hospital 80 patients with significant dental fear were randomly divided into two groups,experimental and control groups,experimental group gave conventional treatment combined with psychological and inhalation anesthesia and other intervention measures,control group received routine dental treatment,without any nursing intervention.The results of two groups took chi-square test.Results:Before treatment the phobia was basically same,P0.05,while the scores after the intervention were significant different(P0.01),the experimental group were significantly ease the anxiety disorders.Conclusion:Nitrous oxide combined psychological intervention can significantly improve the situation of patients with oral dental fear,and improve patient life quality.
