Extraction the polysaccharides and triterpenes from Inonotus obliquus by ultrasonic wave

The study aimed to discuss the optimum technology condition for the ultrasonic assisted extraction of polysaccharides and triterpenes from Inonotus obliquus.With water and isopropanol as the extracting solvents,the polysaccharides and triterpenes from Inonotus obliquus were extracted by ultrasonic assisted extraction technology.The treatment conditions,ultrasonic power,ultrasonic frequency and ultrasonic processing time were selected as experimental factors.The extraction rate of polysaccharides and triterpenes were taken as evaluation indexes.The optimal extraction technology was obtained by means of single factor experiments design.The optimum technology condition for ultrasonic assisted extraction of polysaccharides and triterpenes from Inonotus obliquus was determined as follows: The ultrasonic power 400 W,ultrasonic frequency 20 times,ultrasonic processing time 10 min.With the optimized technology,the extraction rates of polysaccharides and triterpenes were 11.62% and 2%,the total extraction rate was 13.57%.
