The invention discloses a device for treating ankle joint varus. The thinnest end of a left wedge-shaped plate and the thinnest end of a right wedge-shaped plate are connected through a middle shaft; the left wedge-shaped plate and the right wedge-shaped plate which are connected are vertical to a box body; a left rail and a right rail are arranged on the box body; the thickest end of the left wedge-shaped plate is arranged on the left rail; the thickest end of the right wedge-shaped plate is arranged on the right rail; one end of one rail support frame is connected onto the left rail, one end of the other rail support frame is connected onto the right rail, and the other ends of the two rail support frames are fixed on the bottom of the box body; the two sides of a fixing plate are fixedly connected with the box body through a left support frame and a right support frame; and a fixing belt is arranged on the fixing plate. Therefore the device for treating the ankle joint varus can be used for treatment by aiming at a patient with the ankle joint varus.
