The blueprint of pre-higher education program

The B40 group is defined as a group of lowest earners in which the family household income is below RM4,000 per month. With the lowest income, the B40 normally has less access and ability in meeting their family’s needs. This chapter covers an introduction to the B40, university, and the CSR program. It presents the literature review of studies conducted by other researchers and discusses the methodology and framework. The blueprint will serve as a guide not only to those who involved and contributed to the process, but also to other organizations, researchers, and interested parties to understand and replicate the implementation, especially those in the developing country. Components of zakat and sadoqah constitutes an institutional blueprint for long-term development.
