Highly integrated mixed-signal L-band configurable receiver array

A configurable array of mixed-signal receiver functions has been developed to address highly integrated receive/transmit applications up to 2 GHz. The array has been used to implement an IC containing a programmable synthesizer, low-noise frequency down-conversion with variable gain, a 4 bit A-to-D, RMS detector, and frequency up-conversion. >
