The invention relates to a device for adjusting lifting of an aero seat. The device comprises a bracket, an adjustment mechanism and slide rails, wherein the adjustment mechanism comprises a drive motor, a housing, a gear, a clutch, a screw nut and a screw rod; the drive motor is fixedly mounted on the housing; the gear and the screw nut are mounted on the housing through bearings respectively; teeth are arranged outside the screw nut; a thread is arranged on the outer diameter of the screw rod; the screw rod is mounted on the screw nut in a matched way through the thread; an output gear of the drive motor is connected with the screw nut through the clutch and the gear; the screw rod is connected with the aero seat; the slide rails are fixed to the aero seat and matched with guide rails arranged on the bracket. The device is reasonable in structure, low in space requirement and reliable in work, can be used for finishing an adjustment function of the aero seat in a small space and manually adjusting the aero seat under the circumstance that the drive motor loses power, and can be operated by an aviator to enable the aviator to enter or exit from an aircraft and guarantee that the aviator escapes from an accident.
