Microchip Electrophoresis for Chiral Separations

An overview was presented on the development of chiral separations with microchip electrophoresis.Different basic techniques were summarized,including injection,detection methods,the used chiral selectors and the chip fabrication materials.Different strategies to enhance resolution were also discussed.Future development of chiral separation with microchip electrophoresis was prospected.
