Thermoplastic polymer blends containing a crosslinked polar olefin polymer in the thermoplastic polyurethane matrix

Providing a polymer blend comprising a second phase comprising a first phase and crosslinked polar olefin polymer containing a thermoplastic polyurethane matrix. The first phase is the continuous phase, the second phase may be a first phase and co-continuous, or may be dispersed as a discontinuous phase in the first phase. The first phase further comprises a metal hydroxide flame retardants and organic flame retardants. The second phase further comprises a metal hydroxide bonded to the olefin polymer via a silane coupling agent.
