녹비 작물의 환원에 따른 경운 및 무경운 토양의 탄소 변화

2013
This study was carried out to evaluate the effects of tillage methods and green manure incorporation on soil carbon. A maize field located in Gangwon province was selected and hairy vetch (Vicia villosa Roth) was used as green manure. Crop residue was mixed with the 0-25 cm top soil in conventional till soil (T) and spreaded on the soil surface in no-till soil (NT). Soil samples were collected before planting and after harvesting of corn in May and August, respectively. Water soluble carbon (WSC), hot extractable carbon (HWC), permanganate oxidizable carbon (POC) was determined in every sample. pH was not vary notably in till and no-till soils. No-till showed slightly higher germination percentage over the till soil, 98.12% and 88.24%, respectively. WHC was not significantly different among treatments. However, WSC and POC were lower in no-till treatment (45.95 and 649. 11 mg/kg) than the till treatment (49.31 and 778.39 mg/kg).
